Digital Marketing Coordinator - 2025 Winter Internship

Full-time, 40h/week

$21.50/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Grow brand awareness, engagement, and community size across Goparity’s owned media platforms (social media, newsletters, webinars, etc.).
  • Collaborate within Goparity’s brand parameters to create informative social finance materials, and relatable content where company culture shines through.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer and market dynamics, both internally and externally.
  • Establish and execute new tracking and evaluation protocols for the startup's performance.
  • Deliver insights to the team and propose actionable strategies based on research findings.


LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES 

  • Being part of an early-stage, fast-paced startup, where your ideas matter and can be implemented quickly.
  • Working with multi-channel communication strategies to effectively communicate complex topics to a wide range of audiences.
  • Research and analysis on scientific and financial topics relating to social and environmental impact.
  • Visual content creation working with images, infographics, and branding materials.
  • Analyze market trends, identify target audiences and digital channels to reach potential customers.



Mandatory requirements

  • You have a passion for sustainability, social entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation.
  • You have an interest in fintech products and demonstrate thought leadership in sustainable finance.
  • You are a social media user and up to date with the latest trends.
  • You possess strong communication skills and are capable of presenting yourself confidently in front of an audience.
  • You are a multitasker and aren’t afraid to wear many hats.


Bonus points for

  • Fluent in French
  • Experience in the start-up world and/or in the finance or banking industry.
  • Experience in the social-impact or not-for-profit space.
  • Previous experience in a digital media role.
